Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions and Operating Policy for our Online Zoom classes and Venue classes

  • All bookings (venue and Zoom classes) must be booked in advance via our booking site https://kiddibops.class4kids.co.uk  This is to keep accurate contact information for track and trace, reduce money handling and ensure that numbers are not exceeded in venues.
  • In both venue and online sessions, parents are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children.
  • During online sessions, the named adult is responsible for ensuring that house members are behaving appropriately and suitably clothed.
  • For safeguarding and child protection reasons, no filming or screenshots of online sessions is allowed under any circumstances. In venues, you must ask permission if you would like to film/take pictures of your child in the session. In some venues filming or photographing the classes is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of our attendees and their children.
  • Kiddibops does not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal illness (including self isolation), or other personal circumstances. If you were booked onto a venue class, we will provide you with access to an online alternative (this could be a zoom class or pre-recorded session) as a gesture of goodwill. We are under no obligation to reschedule booked trials or classes missed by the client.
  • Kiddibops reserve the right to remove from our classes, without refund, anyone who displays dangerous or inappropriate behaviour that may cause destruction, injury and offence. This includes online classes.
  • If any live venue sessions are cancelled by us due to adverse weather conditions, Kiddibops will deliver the class via Zoom at the same day and time. If this isn't possible, parents will be refunded or offered an alternative if possible.
  • All aspects of Kiddibops© classes, including handouts, recordings and the Kiddibops© class structure is the intellectual property of Kiddibops© and Midland Music Education Services Ltd. Unauthorised usage and copying will result in immediate legal action.
  • Kiddibops or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • On the return to live venue classes, all safety measures must be followed. Social distancing measures of 1M will be maintained and hand washing and sanitising procedures will be followed.
  • When arriving at venues, class members must wait outside the venue, socially distanced (1M) and wait to be let in by the class leader. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes before the class starts.
  • When your class is finished, you must follow the instructions given by your class leader to ensure a safe and efficient exit from the venue. It is not permitted for class attendees to linger inside the venue or near the entrance/exit points.
  • During venue classes, adults are responsible for ensuring that any crawling or walking children are socially distanced from other family bubbles. While we understand that children are built to roam, we appreciate your understanding in keeping this to a minimum during this current time.
  • Masks must be worn on entry to the venue, when moving around the venue and on exiting the venue. Masks may be removed during the activities when in your socially distanced places. Visors MUST be worn by all adults when socially distanced, directed singing activities are resumed.

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at: info@kiddibops.co.uk
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority if there is a waiting list.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if you or they have had a temperature or any contagious illness within 48 hours of the class, or in the case of COVID-19 symptoms, 14 days after the first member of your household displays symptoms. Please see government and NHS guidelines on self-isolation.
  • If you and your child have attended a venue class and display symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours, you must inform the class leader. Your details will be kept anonymous.
  • If a venue or a class is cancelled due to COVID-19, the class will be transferred to Zoom at the same day and time as the venue class attended. Refunds will not be issued unless it is not possible to offer a Zoom class.
  • Only one adult is permitted per venue booking. If more than one adult is attending with your children, they must be booked on as a separate booking.
  • Due to number restrictions and Track & Trace, all adults and children must be registered on the booking site https://kiddibops.class4kids.co.uk with accurate contact information and be booked onto the appropriate class.
  • Anyone who arrives at a venue and is not officially booked onto a class will be turned away.

What we are doing to keep you safe:

  • Observing latest Government guidelines and adapting our operating procedures in response to announcements.
  • Running smaller classes in venues to ensure that participants are able to maintain 2m social distancing and reduce opportunities for transmission
  • Taking all bookings via a booking site to reduce points of contact e.g. taking participant details in class, and handling of money.
  • Adapting class content and reducing resources to prevent transmission
  • Insisting that all adults and children over 11 wear face masks while entering, exiting and moving around the building. Visors must be worn when doing directed soft singing to your children and Class Leaders will wear visors when leading the class and use masks and other PPE before and after sessions, when talking to participants and when cleaning equipment.
  • Regular thorough cleaning of all equipment used between sessions, using appropriate anti-viral and anti-bacterial products.
  • Giving each participant their own resources to use during class. No sharing is permitted.
  • Regular hand washing and sanitising before and after handling equipment that is meant for participant use.
  • Allowing extra time between classes for participants to exit and enter the building safely, and to clean equipment.
  • Ensuring that noise levels are kept at a level where participants are not having to raise their voice.
  • Cleaning all points of contact (door handles etc.) before, after and in between classes.
  • Providing designated mats for each participant, ensuring social distancing is maintained during each class.
  • Providing a Track and Trace QR code at points of entry for participants to scan when entering the building.
  • All Kiddibops staff have undergone training and have a Level 2 Certificate in Infection Prevention and Control in Early Years Settings.
  • Our venues all have Hand Sanitising points on entry.
  • Where safe to do so, we will ensure windows and doors are open in the venue to allow for ventilation.
